When will my order ship?
Please allow 5 business days for your order to ship. I try to get things sent out sooner, but I am very busy. Once your order has shipped, please allow for 1-2 weeks for it to arrive for US orders and 3-5 weeks for international orders.
What are my shipping options?
I ship via USPS First Class mail for all orders with prints—these orders will have tracking.
Due to the Canadian Strike, all Canadian orders will be shipped via UPS Standard for the time being
US Sticker-only orders have the option to be sent via USPS letter mail for a cheaper rate—these orders will NOT have tracking.
What are orders shipped in?
Orders with prints are shipped in eco-friendly rigid mailers and letter mail orders will be sent in envelopes with cardstock to prevent bending.
Do you ship internationally?
Only to Australia and Canada at the moment! This entire shop is managed by a single person, so please understand that while I would love to be able to ship to everyone, it's not always feasible for me.
Orders outside the US may have to pay VAT or customs fees.
I'm currently considering setting up an Etsy storefront for EU/UK orders. If you live somewhere else and are interested in ordering something, contact me at [email protected] and I'll see what I can do!
Do you accept returns?
I do not accept returns. Though please contact me if your items have arrived damaged and I can look into sending replacements!
What if I put the wrong address?
Let me know! I can correct ASAP it if it hasn't been shipped out if you contact me at [email protected]. Unfortunately, if it already has been shipped out I cannot change it and therefore cannot be held responsible if it's sent to the wrong address or lost in transit.
Some orders do find their way back to me and if that happens I will contact you to sort things out! This may include the shipping fee again, as I have to repurchase packing slips.
